Since then Mr. J has set the definitive Philippine archipelago standard in teamwork, for the past two decades, and has transformed client company employees away from unproductive blaming, towards an Organizational Culture of people engaged in taking accountability and responsibility for their actions. Thus bridging the gap from ordinary team fun & games to the international standards of building, maintaining, and surpassing their high performance work teams: individual, group, and corporate goals. Born on the 14th of July in  Manila  to  Arturo P. Jacinto  and  Presentacion C. Morada. Mike is the eldest  of  four children;  sister named Imelda, and brothers Perfecto and Alexander. After earning a Bachelor of  Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, he then expanded horizons from a successful seven (7) year career in the Information Technology (IT) industry to pursue a career in the business of managing and nurturing people through education, training, coaching, motivation, engagement, and empowerment. Now embarking on his latest journey: Mikee is single, in excellent health, and living a balanced life. He enjoys movies, television, reading, comic books, dragonlore, time travel, jedi insights, star trek: get-togethers, discussion of episodes, collector’s items, memorabilia’s, sightseeing, and flirting with women. 😉
